Camille Camille Stephan-Otto Attolini studied pure mathematics at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. In 2005, she received her PhD from the Institute for Theoretical Chemistry at the University of Vienna, Austria. Afterwards, she became a postdoctoral fellow at the Department of Bioinformatics at the University of Leipzig, Germany, where she continued to work on the hypercycle and on methods to predict RNA secondary structures. Camille joined the lab in April and is interested in the dynamics of chronic lymphocytic leukemia as well as glioblastoma multiforme.
